Day 244 - my Lasik follow up went beautifully today! My clear bandage was removed and I got cleared to drive and work out again! So what did I do today?? I drove my zippy car & I worked out!! Yay!!!

Day 243 - after a fantastic day with Kimberly Fries Walker, Caitlin Josey and Becky Josey, I came home to this amazing BBQ with Hannah C. Keeling, Thomas McClelland and the family! What a great day!!

Day 240 - my Lasik enhancement went well today! Got some stylish new sunglasses and you can see the clear "bandage" over my eye if you look closely!!

Day 237 - tackled the same 5K course as the Shamrock Shuffle and knocked about 30 seconds off my time today! It was hard but had tons of fun!!

Day 224 - so out of sheer laziness, I haven't dyed my hair in a while, but now I'm actually liking the natural blonde that's coming in. It's been a while since I've seen my natural color...I think I'll just let it keep going and see how long it lasts...but for now, I'll be rocking the "reverse ombre" style :-P

Day 222 - felt kinda junky today, but Hubbs motivated me to hit the gym! Ran 2 miles in 25:33 and my tummy is still wonky, so now having a smoothie for dinner :-)

Day 216 - a fantastic run and strength training followed by a great lunch with Brittany Willis! Now, Hubbs and I are caught up on the Blacklist, so we've moved on to True Detective :-)

Day 215 - great run this morning! I'm proud of this - my knee held up and I didn't have to stop to walk! This is my first continuous 2 mile run since I blew out my knee a year and a half ago!!
